Stella Calloni Denounces "Master Coup" by the U.S. Against Venezuela

Friday May 11th, 2018 - May 11, 2018 - The United States and its partners quietly prepare the brutal plan "to end the 'dictatorship' of Venezuela: the Master Strike," which is already under way and whose first part would begin before the next Venezuelan elections; and if they do not succeed in overthrowing President Nicolás Maduro with the new offensive, where they will use all the propaganda and media apparatus, and more violent actions in "defense of democracy", they will activate Plan B, which will cover several countries imposing a " multilateral force "to intervene militarily.Panama, Colombia, Brazil and Guyana are key points of the military movement, with the support of Argentina and other "friends" under Pentagon control. They have already prepared the bases they will occupy, the countries of direct support (border), and even hospitals and food collection centers for their soldiers. The document analyzes the current situation ratifying the counterinsurgency war that is being waged against Venezuela, but also the perverse scheme of the psychological war that allows to understand the persecution, the harassment, the loss of prestige, the criminal lie that is used to end not only the leaderships popular, but against the peoples of the region. This arises from a document that bears the signature USN K W TIDD, that is to say, Kurt Walter Tidd, admiral of the United States Navy, current commander of the Southern Command, and that has not yet been disclosed.Referring to the current situation in Venezuela, the report mentions that the "Venezuelan Chavez dictatorship is shaken as a result of its internal problems, the great lack of food, the depletion of income from external sources of money and unbridled corruption, which has diminished the international support, won with petro-dollars, and that the purchasing power of the national currency is in constant decline ".They suppose that this scenario, that they admit that they have created themselves, with a terrifying impunity, will not change. In this case, they justify their actions by warning that the Venezuelan government will resort to new "populist" measures to preserve itself. It is amazing where they put the opposition that they manage, advise and pay, understanding that "the corrupt regime of Maduro will collapse, but unfortunately the opposition forces, defenders of democracy and the welfare of their people, do not have enough power to put end to the nightmare of Venezuela "by internal disputes and even" the corruption similar to that of its rivals, as well as the shortage of roots "(NdR: that is, of patriotism), which does not allow them to take" the maximum advantage of This situation and take the necessary step to fly over the state of poverty and precariousness in which the pressure group exercised by the left dictatorship has submerged the country. "What is frightening is that while they consider that there is "unprecedented criminal action in Latin America," referring to the government of Venezuela, which has never acted against any of its neighbors and has shown intense regional and global solidarity, the Plan argues that "democracy extends into America, a continent in which radical populism was destined to take control.""Argentina, Ecuador and Brazil are examples of this. This rebirth of democracy -as they call it- is supported by the most valuable determinations and conditions in the region, which are in their favor. This is the moment in which the United States tries, with concrete actions, that they are involved in that process in which to overthrow the Venezuelan dictatorship will surely represent a continental turning point ".On the other hand, they encourage US President Donad Trump to act, considering that "this is the Trump Administration's first opportunity to demonstrate and carry forward its vision of democracy and security." They seek to convince him that "his active participation is crucial, not only for the Administration but for the continent and the world; that the moment has arrived. "This means "intensifying the definitive overthrow of Chavez and the expulsion of his representative, undermining popular support" to the government and "encouraging popular dissatisfaction, increasing the process of destabilization and shortages to" ensure the irreversible deterioration of his current dictator. "If one wants to advance in the art of counterinsurgency perversion, it is enough to read this paragraph: "Sitiate him (to Maduro), ridicule him and show him as a symbol of awkwardness and incompetence, expose him as a puppet of Cuba". They also suggest "exacerbating the division among the members of the government group, revealing the differences in their living conditions and that of their followers and at the same time encouraging them to keep these divergences growing".

The plan is destined to be executed quickly and furiously, such as the actions taken by the mayors of Washington, Mauricio Macri and Michel Temer, with a scandalous history of corruption, transformed by the Empire into "leaders of transparency" who took measures in hours for the destruction of the national States with the certainty of the firing of a missile. It demands the US plan to make the Maduro government unsustainable by forcing it to give in, negotiate or escape. The Plan to end in very short terms with the so-called "dictatorship" of Venezuela calls for "increasing internal instability to critical levels, intensifying the decapitalization of the country, the flight of foreign capital and the deterioration of the national currency, through the application of new inflationary measures that increase this deterioration ".Another objective is "to obstruct all imports and at the same time discourage potential foreign investors" for -and you see the capitalist goodness- "to contribute to making the situation of the population more critical".It also covers the plan, in its eleven pages, "appeal to domestic allies as well as other people inserted in the national scenario with the aim of generating protests, riots and insecurity, pillage, looting, robbery, assaults and kidnappings of ships and other means of transports, with the intention of depleting the country, across all borders and other possible ways, endangering the national security of its neighbors. "They consider it important to "cause victims" to point out as responsible those facts the rulers "magnifying, facing the world the humanitarian crisis, to which the country is subjected", using the lie of a generalized corruption of the rulers and linking the government to the drug trafficking to discredit its image in front of the world and its domestic followers ", in addition to promote" the fatigue among the members of the PSUV (Unified Socialist Party of Venezuela) inciting to the nonconformity among themselves, so that they break noisily the relations with the government and for that they reject the measures and restrictions that also affect them "and make them as weak as the opposition," creating friction between the PSUV and Somos Venezuela ".The proposal is going up in tone, as when calling to "structure a plan to achieve the desertion of the most qualified professionals in the country, to leave them without professionals at all, which will further aggravate the internal situation and in this sense blame the government."The military handAs in a suspenseful novel, the document calls for "using army officers as a definitive solution alternative" and "continuing to harden the condition within the Armed Forces to carry out a coup d'état, before the end of the 2018, if this crisis does not make the dictatorship collapse or the dictator does not decide to step aside ".Understanding that all the above can fail and with evident contempt for the opposition, calls "continue the continuous fire on the border with Colombia, multiply the traffic of fuel and other goods, the movement of the paramilitaries, armed incursions and drug trafficking, provoking armed incidents with the security forces of the Venezuelan border and also "recruiting paramilitaries mostly from the refugee camps in Cúcuta, La Guajira and northern Santander, areas long populated by Colombian citizens who emigrated to Venezuela and now returned, fleeing the regime that intensified the destabilization between the borders between two countries, using the empty space left by the FARC, the belligerence of the ELN and the activities in the area of the Gulf cartel (paramilitaries). "Here comes the final strike when it is planned to "prepare the involvement of allied forces in support of the Venezuelan Navy officers or to control the internal crisis in case the initiative is delayed [...] establishing a timeline quick to prevent the dictator from continuing to gain control of the internal scenario. If it were necessary to act before the elections stipulated for next April, "in fact they will be on May 20 and they will no longer recognize them.

The crux of the matter is "to obtain the cooperation support of the allied authorities of friendly countries (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Panama and Guyana). Organize supplies, troops, logistical and medical support from Panama. Make good use of the facilities of electronic surveillance and smart signals; of hospitals and equipment deployed in Darién (Panamanian jungle), the drone equipment of Plan Colombia, as well as the lands of the former military bases of Howard and Albroock (Panama), as well as those belonging to Río Hato. In addition, in the United Nations Regional Humanitarian Center, designed for situations of catastrophe and humanitarian emergency, which has an air landing field and its own warehouses "We are already talking about an intervention scenario where it is proposed to "advance the basification (parking) of fighter jets and helicopters, armored vehicles, intelligence positions and special military logistics units (police, military officers and prisons) [...] Develop the military operation under the international flag, sponsored by the Conference of Latin American Armies, under the protection of the OAS and the supervision, in the legal and media context, of General Secretary Luis Almagro. ""Declaring the need for the Continental Command to strengthen the action, using the instrument of the inter-American democratic chapter, with the objective of avoiding the democratic rupture."And even more, "uniting Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Panama to contribute to the best number of troops, make use of their geographical proximity and experience in operations in forested or jungle regions. Strengthening its international status with the presence of combat units from the United States and the aforementioned nations; under the general command of the Joint Chiefs of Staff led by the United States. "It is amazing the impunity with which everything is being prepared in the back of the people, in absolute illegality, and this makes understandable the last military maneuvers of the United States in this region on the border of Brazil with Venezuela (Brazil, Peru, Colombia), the South Atlantic (United States, Chile, Great Britain, Argentina), in the Argentine case, without authorization from Congress in October-November."Using the facilities of the Panamanian territory for the rearguard and the capabilities of Argentina for the security of its ports and of the maritime positions [...] Propose to Brazil and Guyana to make use of the migratory situation to which we intend to encourage in the border with Guyana. Coordinate support to Colombia, Brazil, Guyana, Aruba, Curacao, Trinidad and Tobago and other states against the flow of Venezuelan migrants due to the events of the crisis. "But also "promote international participation in this effort as part of the multilateral operation with contributions from States, non-state agencies and international bodies, and provide adequate logistics, intelligence, support, anticipating especially the most valuable points in Aruba, Puerto Carreño, Inirida, Maicao, Barranquilla and Sincelejo, in Colombia, and Roraima, Manaus and Boavista in Brazil ". Incredible map of an announced intervention war.Strategic informationIt is amazing the plan to silence "the symbolism of the presence of Chávez's representativeness and popular support" and maintain the harassment "of the dictator as the sole responsible for the crisis in which he has submerged the nation" and his closest followers , who will be accused of the crisis and the impossibility of leaving it.In another paragraph it is called to "intensify the discontent against the Maduro regime and point out the incompetence of the integration mechanisms created by the regimes of Cuba and Venezuela, especially the ALBA (Bolivarian Alliance of the Peoples of Our America) and Petrocaribe."Regarding the media theme, the plan designed by the United States calls for increasing the dissemination of messages designed and based on testimonies and publications originating in the country, using all the capabilities, within the country through the local and foreign media. possible, including social networks, and on the other hand "call through the media to the need to put an end to that situation because it is essentially unsustainable."In one of its last paragraphs it is about "securing" or showing the use of violent means by the dictatorship to obtain international support, using "all the capabilities of the Psychological War of the United States Navy". That is, repeating the same scenarios of lies, armed with news, false photographs and videos, and everything used in the colonial wars of the 21st century.

"The United States should support internally the American States that support it", raise the image of these and the "multilateral order of institutions of the inter-American system, as instruments for the solution of regional problems. Promote the need to send the UN Military Force for the imposition of peace, once the corrupt dictatorship of Nicolás Maduro is overthrown. "

The Venezuelan journalist, Vladimir Villegas, repudiated comments made Thursday by the Minister of Communication and Information, Jorge Rodríguez, about the attendance of presidential candidate Henri Falcón on his program, Vladimir a la 1 (Vladimir at 1), broadcasted by Globovisión, claiming that he was the only one being interviewed in that segment.

"If you have any questions or some kind of evidence of anything that appears weird to you, you can share it," Villegas said to the minister.

Along that line, Villegas pointed out that the president and candidate for re-election, Nicolás Maduro, had not been on his program, Vladimir at 1, despite having been invited on many occasions: "I could ask, for example, why President Maduro has not wanted to come on my show, we have requested it of him several times."

"Jorge, you know very well that I have written to you, personally asking you that you coordinate this interview with President Maduro, who is invited on the program as many times as he wants, on Vladimir at 1, or any other spot on Globovisión," he declared.

In the end, Villegas mentioned that the National Electoral Council should execute an "absolutely impartial" audit on the practices of public media during the political campaign.

These were the statements from the Minister of Communication and Information, Jorge Rodríguez.

The Metro of Caracas: Corruption and Betrayal of the Working Class

Open Letter

Caracas Metro: Corruption and Betrayal of the Working Class

By: Dignidad Obrera (Worker's Dignity) |

Wednesday, Apr. 25th, 2018

10:10 PM |

The workers from the Metro of Caracas send their grievances to various media outlets and sustain an awareness campaign about the deplorable situation at the Metro and the instability of its workers, who are subject to countless violations of their labor rights. Below is an open letter released by a group of those workers in protest, organized by the group Dignidad Obrera (Worker's Dignity).

Metro of Caracas: Corruption and Betrayal of the Working Class (Part II)

We would like to dedicate this letter of grievance to three acts of corruption and betrayal of the working class, as each day that passes - even every half-day that passes - some other act of this type is revealed. Today, we want to point out, with this protest, these three cases, one recent and already under investigation by the CICPC (Scientific, Penal, & Criminal Investigation Corps), and the other two, no less important, but even more grotesque and unjust.

1. It has to do with the detention of "citizens" Milco Pérez and Jorge Moreno, both ex-managers of the public transportation corporation, Metro of Caracas. Today they act as mechanical maintenance specialists, two pariahs who have been committing misappropriation in using the property of Metro of Caracas, this by allowing the unfounded and opportunistic use of a unit of public transport (minibus model, poorly named "Perrera"), belonging to workshop floors of Metrobus La Paz. A unit used continuously on a special route to and from Parroquia El Junquito, in the city of Caracas. So then, these two individuals allowed the use, with the assent of Edison Alvarado, president of the corporation's union, for the transport of customers on the central seaboard, in the coastal area, located to the north of the City of Caracas, charging overpriced tickets with neither the authorization nor any type of arrangement on the part of the Corporation of Metro of Caracas. It is important to point out that both criminals are minions of the current executive board of said corporation's union. Today, both traitors to the working class find themselves detained for investigation; their guilt is more than obvious, as before the eyes of the workers of Metro of Caracas they're guilty. We demand justice! No more impunity!

2. Second case: comes with the sale of fish in the Socialist Fish Market, a benefits program aimed at the most vulnerable groups of workers and which is defenseless before the brutal economic crisis that has affected the entire population. Once again, those from the union of Metro of Caracas, those who today are the "leaders" of SITRAMECA (the Union of Workers of the Metro of Caracas), stepped all over the workers by unlawfully coming out of nowhere to disrupt the worker and pensioner-established order of arrival, planted from the very wee hours of the morning (4:00 AM) in order to obtain this prized food and not lose this singular opportunity. Lo and behold, the executives of SITRAMECA - together with their minions - acquired the "best products" from the sea, disrespecting the order of the line and in total condescension and indifference acquired the best products, leaving only sardines for the rest of the workers and pensioners; another inhumane and anti-revolutionary practice, showing that the crisis brings a lot with it, to hide the food crisis.

3. The third case - no less important - is known by all of the workers of Metro of Caracas: the extraction of currency reserves by those who run the Worker's PDVAL (Venezuelan Food Producers and Distributors), for the black market (bachaquera, or boot-legger). Very much in spite of having access to the so-called point of sale, they charge cash to more than 10,000 (ten thousand) workers for CLAP boxes (Local Committees of Supply and Production) and PDVAL. Recently, the current government created an operation, lead by the anti-corruption police, called "Paper Hands;" they caught ,in flagrante, a few wrongdoers involved in this "unpatriotic" and anti-sovereign activity. We demand that the Investigative Police and the Anti-Corruption Police and the very National Executive itself, commit to the respective investigations and finish with these individuals.

We demand justice!

Jail for the corrupt and traitors of the working class!

Signed: Dignidad Obrera (Worker's Dignity)

The Republic of Miranda, or The Oppositionist Surrealism

By: Luisana Colomine

Tuesday, Apr. 24th, 2018.

06:57 AM

On Capitolio TV, we saw, online, the "historic" session of the National Assembly where they had approved a preliminary hearing on merit against the President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
The agreement was voted on by 105 opposition representatives (which were 112, but some spend their time travelling), including two nationals held in contempt. For the revolutionary faction, the courageous Juan Marín (PSUV, United Socialist Party of Venezuela) and Ilenia Medina (PPT- Patria para Todos, or Homeland for All in its English accronym) chanted "no" and they were ridiculed.
The day's agenda was sparse: "Solely: Consideration of the request for authorization to continue the procedure for citizen Nicolás Maduro Moros."It didn't mention who was making the request, much less the Supreme Court "in exile," nor did it clarify the "procedure".
It was a nominal group vote and each person, before saying "Yes," yelled whatever: "Freedooooooom! We're hungryyyyyyyy!" and they all applauded themselves. One representative, with the last name Guaidó, compared the spectacle to that of the 19th of April of 1810, but later corrected to say that, rather, here they were reviving the spirit of the 5th of July of 1811 because that particular act "wasn't legal either" (or rather, according to Guaidó, Venezuela's Act of Independence was crap).
But this movie has a beginning: the Supreme Court "in exile" - via Twitter - notified President Maduro that, "In exercise of the powers conferred by Art. 91.3 of the Constitutional Law of the Supreme Court, we hereby notify you, by way of this Twitter account, of the advancement of the preliminary hearing on merit, which is pursuant to you. Hon. Miguel Martín, President." In another scene that unfolded in Bogotá, Colombia, the "itinerant," Luisa Ortega Díaz, presented "proof" of corruption against Maduro, present before 13 presiding justices, because the others were "virtually present."
They're institutions without offices, but especially without country, since everything they do will be through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, or little text messages (emojis included), and they'll have presence of mind to think only in 280 characters without much behind it.
A holographic country, imaginary, like the Republic of Miranda. Today we have this surrealist story that recalls "The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie"(Buñuel, 1972) and its six main characters: Don Rafael Costa, ambassador of the Republic of Miranda (let's say Antonio Ledezma or Julio Borges); the Thévenots (Henry Ramos and Diana D'agostini); the Sénechals (Lilian Tintori and Leopoldo López) and a corrupt bishop who moonlights as a gardener (he could easily be played by any figure of the national Church). This select group of bourgeois is invited to dinner, but because of a misunderstanding they have to go to a restaurant, where they are also not able to eat because the owner of the place has died. Meanwhile, they talk about nothing in particular (like in the "historic" session), for example, about the importance of ice for shots, that "...have to be top shelf. Very cold, very strong and at 32°C," or that in order to cut the leg of a lamb, you have to be standing...
Suddenly, the curtain goes up and they appear seated at a table in a theatre, as characters in some play. There's an audience who, in turn, is seen by another audience. A dream within a dream. While they try to understand what is happening, a hidden prompter off-stage (could be Almagro, Rajoy, Trump, you choose) continuously dictating what they must say and do because they don't know their lines. The session ended and we definitely think that Buñuel's genius was ahead of its time, and that the Republic of Miranda is the MUD...
